Refund policy

At Gump’s Emporium, we value and appreciate every customer, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, please return the merchandise within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping charges.

Jewelry must be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or within 30 days of purchase for an exchange.

Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Gift returns will receive a merchandise credit.

Returned merchandise must be unused, in saleable condition, and in its original vendor packaging.

All sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned. Special orders, perishable merchandise, personalized or monogrammed merchandise, and seasonal merchandise are also not returnable.

Some Gump’s Emporium merchandise may be offered by independent vendors or consignment partners. Where a vendor-specific return policy applies, that policy may limit or modify the return terms above. Vendor-specific exceptions will be noted where applicable.

For returns requiring shipping, please contact Gump’s Emporium Customer Care before sending merchandise back so we can provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return authorization.
